静脉注射胺碘酮和美托洛尔控制快速型心房纤颤临床分析

目的观察静脉注射胺碘酮和美托洛尔控制房颤的快速心室率效果和安全性。方法对50例房颤伴快速心室率的患者分别注射胺碘酮和美托洛尔,并进行心电监护和血压监测,分析心室率和血压变化。结果美托洛尔总有效率92%,平均起效时间10min,最大效率时间平均为15min,胺碘酮组平均起效时间15min,最大效应时间平均30min。结论对快速房颤患者,特别是老年人选用静脉注射胺碘酮能快速、有效的降低房颤时的快速心室率,稳定血液动力学,尤适用于心动能不全患者。 Objective To observe the effect and safety of intravenous amiodarone and metoprolol in controlling the rapid ventricular rate of atrial fibrillation. Methods 50 patients with atrial fibrillation and rapid ventricular rate were injected with amiodarone and metoprolol, and ECG monitoring and blood pressure monitoring, analysis of ventricular rate and blood pressure changes. Results The total effective rate of metoprolol was 92%, the average onset time was 10 min, the maximum efficiency time was 15 min, the average onset time was 15 min in amiodarone group, and the maximum effect time was 30 min on average. Conclusions The rapid intravenous amiodarone in patients with AF, especially the elderly, can quickly and effectively reduce the rapid ventricular rate and stabilize hemodynamics during atrial fibrillation, especially in patients with cardiac dysfunction.
