原儿茶醛为四季青叶中抗心绞痛的有效成份。为了探讨其抗心绞痛原理,我们进行了原儿茶醛抗血小板凝聚作用的研究,现将结果报告如下: 方法与结果自正常兔心取血9毫升,加入1毫升3.8%枸橼酸钠溶液中,充分混匀离心(1000转/分)15分钟,取上层富有血小板的血浆(P、R、P)1.8毫升,放入平底硅化比色管内,分别加入不同浓度的原儿茶醛或对照液(相同酸度的生理盐水)0.1毫升,置于改装的72型分光光度计中进行搅拌下比浊,读取光密度,然后加入0.1毫升二磷酸腺苷(ADP-Na)(20微克/毫升),取加ADP后的最小光密度进行计算原儿茶醛对
Protocatechuic aldehyde is an effective ingredient for anti-angina pectoris in the leaves of perennial. In order to investigate its principle of anti-angina pectoris, we conducted studies on the anti-platelet aggregation of protocatechuic aldehydes. The results are reported as follows: Methods and results 9 ml of blood was drawn from normal rabbits and added to 1 ml of 3.8% sodium citrate solution. Mix thoroughly and centrifuge (1000 rpm) for 15 minutes. Take 1.8 ml of platelet-rich plasma (P, R, P) into a flat-bottom siliconized colorimetric tube and add different concentrations of protocatechuic aldehyde or control solution. (Normal saline of the same acidity) 0.1 ml, placed in a modified Type 72 spectrophotometer and turbid under stirring, and the optical density was read, and then 0.1 ml of adenosine diphosphate (ADP-Na) (20 μg/ml) was added , calculate the minimum optical density after adding ADP to calculate protocatechuic aldehyde pairs
