人参(Panax ginsengC.A.Meyer)为传统名贵中药之一,作为滋补强壮药而广泛应用。现代医学研究证明人参对神经系统、心血管系统、消化系统以及内分泌系统等疾病疗效显著,且有促进蛋白质合成等作用。 人参茶是以中药人参为原料,加以赋形剂制成的颗粒冲剂,关于其质量标准目前尚无研究报道。由于人参的化学及药理研究,已经证明人参皂甙类成分为人参的主要活性成分,因而,可以用人参皂甙的含量作为评价人参茶质量的标准。笔者经实验研究,证明用香草醛一硫酸试剂比色测定人参茶中总皂甙的含量效果较好,此法操作简便,精密度较高,结果较准确。本文报道其结果。
Ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) is one of traditional valuable medicines and is widely used as a nourishing and strong medicine. Modern medical studies have demonstrated that ginseng has a significant effect on diseases such as the nervous system, cardiovascular system, digestive system, and endocrine system, and has a role in promoting protein synthesis. Ginseng tea is a granular granule made from Chinese medicine ginseng as raw material and excipients. There is no research report on its quality standards. Because of the chemical and pharmacological research of ginseng, it has been proved that ginsenosides are the main active ingredients of ginseng. Therefore, the content of ginsenosides can be used as a standard for evaluating the quality of ginseng tea. The author’s experimental study shows that the use of vanillin-sulfate reagent colorimetric determination of ginseng tea total saponin content is better, this method is simple, high precision, the result is more accurate. This article reports its results.
