简要介绍了《浙江环杭州湾森林生态圈建设规划》的基本理念和主要思路。规划结合环杭州湾自然地理条件、社会经济状况,把环杭州湾作为一个由许多不同尺度的生态系统构成的生态圈,由此提出了森林生态圈概念。为了保障生态圈或生态系统的健康、稳定和协调,规划提出了相应的战略部署方案,即“三带、两核、三轴、多团”的建设布局和四大功能分区。 This paper briefly introduced the basic idea and main idea of ​​“Zhejiang Hangzhou Bay ecological forest construction plan”. Planning combined with the natural geographical conditions of Hangzhou Bay, the socio-economic conditions, the ring Hangzhou Bay as a ecosystem composed of many different scales of ecosystem, which put forward the concept of forest ecology. In order to ensure the health, stability and coordination of the ecological circle or ecosystem, the plan proposes a corresponding strategic deployment plan, namely the construction layout and the four functional zoning of “three belts, two cores, three axes and multi-groups”.
