顶岗实习在高职人才培养中起着关键作用,本文首先对目前顶岗实习的共性问题进行分析,进而指出“公司与课堂交替”的优势与特点,并阐述我院信用管理专业“公司与课程交替”顶岗实习模式的具体措施。
The internship plays a key role in the cultivation of higher vocational talents.
