目的:探讨持续质量改进在药品配送中的效果。方法:在药品配送过程中,运用持续质量改进方法进行管理,包括强化药品知识的培训、合理排班、定岗定位等。结果:实施持续质量改进前后药品配送过程中差错率、配送次数和时间、临床护士满意度与实施前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:将持续质量改进应用于药品配送中,有利于提高药品配送质量与效率,提高临床护士满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement in drug delivery. Methods: In the process of drug delivery, the company used the methods of continuous quality improvement to manage, including training on strengthening knowledge of medicines, arranging work schedules in a reasonable manner, setting positions and so on. Results: The error rate, the number of delivery and time, the satisfaction of clinical nurses before and after the continuous quality improvement were significantly different from those before the implementation (P <0.01). Conclusion: The application of continuous quality improvement in drug delivery helps to improve the quality and efficiency of drug delivery and enhance the satisfaction of clinical nurses.
