片剂的質量指标,即硬度和崩解度,基本上取决于一系列的靜力学因素,例如片剂的原料和輔料的物化性質;同时也取决于許多动力学因素如摩擦力、压力等。本文的任务是要闡明与压片过程有关的一些問題的科研工作方法和結論。也就是,首先确定压力对片剂的性質如表現密度,多孔性、硬度、崩解度等的关系。其次是黏合剂、崩解剂及滑潤剂在压片过程中所起的作用及其效力的测定方法。所有这些間題实質上是涉及从分散体变为压縮体的机轉問題。
Tablet quality indicators, namely, hardness and disintegration, basically depend on a series of statics, such as the physicochemical properties of tablet raw materials and excipients, but also on many kinetic factors such as friction and pressure. The task of this paper is to elucidate the research methods and conclusions of some problems related to the tabletting process. That is, first, the relationship between the pressure and the properties of the tablet such as density, porosity, hardness, degree of disintegration, and the like is determined. Followed by binders, disintegrants and lubricants in the tabletting process played the role and effectiveness of the determination. All of these questions are essentially about the mechanics of changing from a dispersion to a compression body.
