目的建立高效液相色谱法测定胃炎灵颗粒中橙皮苷的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,甲醇—醋酸—水(35∶4∶61)为流动相,流速为1ml/min,检测波长为283nm,柱温为35℃。结果橙皮苷在5.54~27.72μg/ml(r=0.9998)范围内质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;其平均回收率为100.8%(RSD=1.02%,n=9)。结论采用高效液相色谱法对胃炎灵颗粒中橙皮苷的含量进行测定具有较强的灵敏性,且操作简单,可重复进行,对确保胃炎灵颗粒质量有重要帮助。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Weiyanling granule. Methods The separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with methanol-acetic acid-water (35:4:61) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 ml / min. The detection wavelength was 283 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results The concentration of hesperidin in the range of 5.54-27.72μg / ml (r = 0.9998) showed a good linear relationship with the peak area. The average recovery was 100.8% (RSD = 1.02%, n = 9). Conclusion The determination of hesperidin in Weiyanling granule by HPLC has strong sensitivity and is easy to operate and repeatable. It is of great help to ensure the quality of gastritis granule.
