国有企业集团在市场经济发展的过程中具有其优点也有相应的缺点,国有企业集团拥有雄厚的资金力量,然而,由于长期的僵化体制,国有企业集团对资金集中管理缺乏相应的力度和新的管理方式,导致资金集中管理存在许多问题。本文结合我国的现有国情,对国有企业集团资金集中管理存在的问题进行了简要的分析与阐述,并就如何提高资金集中管理,实现更好地管理提出建议与意见,通过资金集中管理推动国有企业集团的进一步发展。
