The NMR spectrum of glucose in dimethylsulfoxide solvent is very complicated with time, temperature and pH value. We used INDOR (Internuclear Double Resonance) technique and exchange theory to analyze the spectra. INDOR technology in NMR can find out some hidden signals in the spectrum, establish the coupling peaks and the coupling constants between them, and establish the energy level diagram of the system. In different systems, different INDOR spectra will be obtained depending on whether the monitored line is degenerated or not.
