近年来,湘西的民族歌舞演出产业已成为湖南文化产业的热点。我们应发挥自己的优势,使这一日益增长的经济和文化现象成为新的支柱产业和经济增长点。本文通过论述湘西歌舞演出业的现状,分析了歌舞产业发展的趋势和存在的不足,提出了加强宏观引导、优化资源结构、实施品牌运作策略、创新人才机制等产业化发展对策。
In recent years, the folk song and dance performance industry in western Hunan has become a hot spot in Hunan’s cultural industry. We should give full play to our strengths to make this growing economic and cultural phenomenon a new pillar industry and a point of economic growth. This article discusses the status quo of the song and dance performance industry in western Hunan, analyzes the development trend and existing problems of the song and dance industry, puts forward countermeasures to industrialization such as strengthening macro-guidance, optimizing resource structure, implementing brand operation strategy and innovating talent mechanism.
