理想的课堂教学研讨应是怎样的状态呢?人们总是期待它能从居高临下的评头论足、指手划脚走向自由平等、开放和谐的心灵对话。课堂研讨应该是自由平等的对话与交流。只有这样才能开拓教育创造的新生命,构建合作共进的学习共同体,打造教育教学思想的摇篮,开拓教育智慧与艺术探讨的自由天地。然而在现实研讨活动中,我们常常看到一些与自由争鸣、坦诚相见、开诚布公等格格不入的景象。
Ideal classroom teaching should be what kind of state? People are always looking forward to it from the preconceived comment on the foot, to the freedom and equality, open and harmonious mind dialogue. Classroom discussions should be free and fair dialogue and exchange. Only in this way can we open up a new life created by education, build a learning community that we all work together, build the cradle of education and teaching ideas, and open up a free world of education wisdom and art exploration. However, in the practical seminars, we often see some scenes that are incompatible with freedom, fairness and openness.
