自制一个简易的吸气过滤装置,可以不必使用水泵等抽气设备,也能满足实验室里一般吸滤的需求.下面介绍其构造与原理. 如装置图所示,其中,A部分是吸滤器,由布氏漏斗与吸滤瓶组合而成;B部分是导气管,以橡胶管与排气管组成;C部分是吸气球(可用洗耳球或其它橡皮球、塑料瓶代用). 排气管起着导气与排气作用,是关键部件.图D是排气管构造图(与实物大小相当).
A self-made suction filtration device can eliminate the need for pumping equipment and also meet the general suction filtration requirements in the laboratory. The following describes its structure and principle. As shown in the device diagram, part A is a suction filter. , from the Buchner funnel and suction filter bottle combination; B part is the air tube, rubber tube and exhaust pipe composition; C part is a suction balloon (can be used ear syringe or other rubber ball, plastic bottle substitute). The pipe plays the role of air conduction and exhaust gas and is a key component. Figure D shows the structure of the exhaust pipe (comparable to the actual size).
