由冶金部钢铁研究总院和总厂共同开发的电阻式炉墙测厚技术,经历了实验室模拟试验和高炉现场实际试用之后,已初步获得成功。今年元月24~26日,冶金部科技司组织国内有关专家教授在宝钢进行实地考察后作出了技术鉴定。在鉴定会上,与会者一致认为该成果技术先进,具有首创性。其测试所得的数据可靠,且能输入现有的计算机,结果显示直观性强,元件适用性较好,可同时测定炉墙的厚度和温度。因此它将为各种高炉长寿技术
