目的探讨人参总皂甙对高能冲击波肾组织的保护作用。方法选用成年家兔制备动物模型,将动物分为人参甙皂组和对照组,每组11只,冲击波次数为2300~250O次,工作电压为10.5~12KV。ESWL术后第1、3、7天分别处死动物,取肾组织行光镜和扫描电镜检查。结果光镜下肾小球。肾小管受损程度,电镜下毛细血管内皮细胞破裂,足细胞足突肿胀,基底膜增厚,管上皮内的线粒体肿胀和破裂的程度,人参皂甙组明显较对照组轻,且恢复较快。结论人参总皂甙对受高能冲击波影响的肾组织具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of ginsenosides on high-energy shock wave nephropathy. Methods Adult rabbits were selected to prepare animal models. The animals were divided into ginseng soap group and control group, with 11 rats in each group. The number of shock wave was 2300 ~ 250O times and the working voltage was 10.5 ~ 12KV. Animals were sacrificed on the 1st, 3rd, 7th day after ESWL, and the kidneys were examined by light microscope and scanning electron microscope. Results light microscopic glomeruli. The extent of renal tubular damage, capillary endothelial cell rupture under electron microscopy, podocyte foot process swelling, basement membrane thickening, mitochondria tube epithelial swelling and rupture extent, ginsenoside group was significantly lighter than the control group, and recovery faster. Conclusion Ginseng saponin has a protective effect on kidney tissue affected by high-energy shock wave.
