通过在自制的烧结焊剂SJ601中添加Li_2CO_3,用304不锈钢埋弧对接,研究并分析了Li_2CO_3对SJ601的吸潮性和脱渣性的影响及机理。结果表明:在SJ601中添加适量的Li_2CO_3能减少烧结焊剂的表面气孔,有利于提高SJ601的抗潮能力,当Li_2CO_3质量分数超过4%时,将不利于提高SJ601的抗潮能力,添加Li_2CO_3有利于提高SJ601的脱渣性,当Li_2CO_3质量分数超过8%时,熔渣表面会形成波浪状结构,明显提高了SJ601的脱渣性。
The effects of Li 2 CO 3 on moisture absorption and deslagging properties of SJ601 and its mechanism were studied and analyzed by adding Li 2 CO 3 to self-made sintered flux SJ601 and submerged arc welding with 304 stainless steel. The results show that adding proper amount of Li_2CO_3 to SJ601 can reduce the surface porosity of the sintered flux and improve the moisture resistance of SJ601. When the content of Li_2CO_3 exceeds 4%, it will not be conducive to improving the moisture resistance of SJ601. Adding Li_2CO_3 When the content of Li_2CO_3 exceeds 8%, the slag surface will form wavy structure, which obviously improves the deslagging property of SJ601.
