扬子石化公司一期工程除了自备电站之外,六套化工装置的循环水系统均设用横流式机械抽风冷却塔,冷却塔是仿美国玛利型。出力约2500吨/时。但施工中曾出现下述问题,值得有关方面注意。一、配水不均匀 1、塔进水支管口处的配水盘四周无阻流槽。水经连通管直冲各配水槽,槽中水位高低不一。 2、配水槽本身高低不平,甚至倾斜,使槽中嵌装的水咀出水量及布水半径有差异
In addition to the first phase of the Yangzi Petrochemical Company’s self-provided power station, the circulating water systems of the six chemical plants are equipped with a cross-flow mechanical ventilation cooling tower. The cooling tower is modeled after the American Mary. The output is about 2500 tons/hour. However, the following problems have occurred during construction and are worthy of attention. 1. Inhomogeneous water distribution 1. There are no choke slots around the water distribution tray at the inlet branch of the tower. The water flows straight through the connection pipes to the distribution tanks, and the water level in the tank varies. 2, with the sink itself uneven, even tilt, so that the water tank installed in the water nozzle and the water distribution radius
