多年来,各种复合和不同厚度金属板材的冲压加工一直是金属加工工业中一种重要的加工工艺。但是,冲压加工本身只完成一半的工作,因为还需要将冲压件变成具有一定功能并马上可以使用的部件。但是,还有一种称之为精冲的方法,已经成功地应用了40多年。如今,日益增多的功能与成型工序的集成和生产成本的不断提高,使经过验证的精冲加工方法越来越具吸引力。因为冲裁和成型技术可以结合起来,与传统加工方法相比,可以明显减少加工工序。一块金属板料,一次加工便成为一个高质量的三维功能件,一离开精冲压力机就已经是一件可用的成品件。
