本文阐述了加拿大在春小麦的管理、科学研究、种子生产与经营等方面的做法及经验。体会及启示:政府应重视农作物品种中间试验和审定管理工作,将费用纳入财政预算;加快农作物优良新品种的更新换代步伐,推动全省农业生产的发展;春小麦种子产业化技术体系亟待加强,生产基地亟待扩大,良种质量亟待提高;农业保险制度急需健全;青海省的春小麦原种生产应采用一圃三级小麦种子生产技术。
This article describes Canada’s practices and experiences in spring wheat management, scientific research, seed production and management. Experience and Inspiration: The government should attach importance to the intermediate trial and validation of crop varieties management work, the cost into the financial budget; speed up the upgrading of fine varieties of crops to promote the pace of agricultural development in the province; spring wheat seed industrialization technology system to be strengthened, production The base urgently needs to be expanded and the quality of the seed needs to be improved urgently. The agricultural insurance system needs to be improved urgently. The production of spring wheat in Qinghai Province should adopt the seed production technology of three-grade wheat.
