采用不同添加剂对高效液相色谱分离乙醛酸衍生物的保留行为的影响进行了考察。结果表明:分子中的各基团均可参与色谱过程的相互作用;色谱过程在一定程度上保持样品分子的离解形态;在同一色谱过程中,可同时存在不同的保留机制。
The effects of different additives on the retention behavior of glyoxylic acid derivatives isolated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were investigated. The results show that all the groups in the molecule can participate in the interaction of the chromatographic process; the chromatographic process maintains the dissociation morphology of the sample molecule to some extent; and different retention mechanisms may exist in the same chromatographic process.
