目的:对青少年起居及生活感受、家庭环境进行调查,为学校卫生工作及素质教育的开展提供依据。方法:问卷法对分层随机抽取的3595名13~19岁青少年作生活感受、起居行为调查。结果:青少年中对生活感到疲乏难以承受的占48.6%,学习≥11h/d达408%,睡眠≤6h/d占13.5%,运动≥20min/d仅42.6%,不吃早餐≥2次/w达74.9%。青少年中不良生活感受随年级和日学习时间的延长及睡眠、运动时间的减少而增加,尤以面临毕业的初三及高三学生为甚。非重点中学青少年除早餐习惯稍差外,起居优于重点中学,但有不良生活感受者达51.3%,显著高于重点中学的45.7%(P≤001)。结论:学业负担过重是导致青少年不良起居和生活感受的主要原因。
Objectives: To investigate the feeling of living and living of adolescents and the family environment, and provide the basis for the development of school health work and quality education. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 3595 adolescents aged 13 to 19 who were randomly selected from different strata. Results: 48.6% of adolescents were unbearable in life, 408% of them were learning ≥11h / d, 13.5% of them were sleep ≤6h / d, 42.6% of them were ≥20min / d of exercise, ≥2 times of breakfast / W up to 74.9%. Adolescent experience of bad life with grade and day learning time and sleep, exercise time decreased, especially in the face of graduating junior or senior students is even worse. Adolescents with non-key middle school students outperformed those in key middle schools except for breakfast habits, but 51.3% of them felt bad living, which was significantly higher than that of 45.7% of middle school students (P≤001). Conclusion: Excessive academic burden is the main reason leading to adolescent bad living and living experience.
