膀胱癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,在我国的恶性肿瘤中排名第十.膀胱癌是一个多因素,多步骤的复杂变化过程,与多种环境因素有关.一些特异性膀胱癌相关分子生物标记物能提高膀胱癌早期诊疗敏感性和特异性,并可以此为靶点寻找新的抗肿瘤药物和方法.分子标记物应用于预测膀胱癌进展比应用于早期诊断更有价值.近年来,随着分子生物学标记物不断被发现,对膀胱癌有了更深入的认识,目前国内相关综述报道尚少.因此,本文对膀胱癌分子生物学标记物研究进展作一综述.“,”Bladder cancer is one of the most common cancers in the worldwide,which also reach the top ten common tumor in China.Multiple factors and complex mechanisms contribute a lot to the pathophysiology of bladder cancer,include both environmental and biological factors.The discovery of some specific bladder cancer associated molecular biomarkers can improve the sensitivity and specificity of early diagnosis and the effectiveness of the treatment.In addition,those biomarkers can serve as the target for searching the new anti-cancer drugs.Molecular markers are more useful in predicting disease progression than in early diagnosis of the diseases.In recent years,with the development in the finding of bladder cancer related molecular biomarkers,we are able to have a better understanding of this complicated disease.So far,there are rare review reports of this field in China.In this paper,we will summarize the current progress and future prospects of molecular biomarkers in bladder cancer.
