在高海拔(2 260m)以上地区,长期生活在高原低氧环境下的人们,由于其特定的地理环境,干燥、气候寒冷、慢性缺氧等,呼吸道感染的患病率相对较高,为了解高海拔地区呼吸道常见病原菌构成及其对常用抗生素的敏感性,现对我院2002年6月至2004年4月收治的西宁地区496例下呼吸道感染患者进行分析,为高海拔地区呼吸道感染的治疗及选择用药提供客观理论依据.
