随着转型期社会制度和社会背景的变迁,农民工所面临的社会问题也随着社会再造而积累和传递着。近年来,由于农民工群体的合法权益屡遭侵害,诉求渠道不畅而导致农民工群体性事件接连发生,其规模、人数、严重程度逐年上升,对社会的影响也越来越大。据此,笔者深入农民工群体进行调查,了解到了群体性事件的影响因素、农民工的现状、农民工对群体性看法等,在分析的基础上提出了建议与对策。 With the change of social system and social background in the transitional period, the social problems faced by migrant workers have also been accumulated and passed along with social reengineering.
