糖皮质激素诱导的亮氨酸拉链蛋白(glucocorticoid-ind uced leucine zipper,GILZ)是近年来新发现的一个转录因子,属于转录因子TSC-22(transforming growth factorβ-stimulated clone-22)家族。本文主要对GILZ的免疫抑制和抗炎功能、促进骨髓源性间充质干细胞(bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells,BM-MSC)的成骨细胞分化和抑制成脂肪细胞分化功能作一综述。
Glucocorticoid-induciated leucine zipper (GILZ) is a new transcription factor discovered in recent years and belongs to the transcription factor TSC-22 family. This review focuses on the immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory effects of GILZ, the promotion of osteoblast differentiation and the differentiation of adipocytes from bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs).
