采用Molldflow有限元分析软件,对微塑件的微注射成型过程进行了数值模拟,并采用正交试验设计方法,研究模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力、保压时间等工艺参数对微塑件性能的影响。选择典型微塑件——微泵作为研究对象,用微泵密度作为评价指标,得出不同工艺参数条件下的微泵密度,通过正交试验数值计算方法得到最佳工艺参数组合,为微泵的微注射成型工艺优化提供了一种较为实用的方法。
Using Molldflow finite element analysis software, the micro-injection molding process of the micro-plastic parts was numerically simulated. Micropump was chosen as the research object. The micro-pump density was used as the evaluation index, and the micro-pump density under different process parameters was obtained.
