为进一步完善我省水利水电工程招标承包制,加快水利水电建设,四川省水电学会预算专委会与省水利学会预算及施工专委会,于1991年7月30日～8月1日在蒲江县朝阳水库联合召开了水利水电工程施工招投标及合同管理经验交流会。参加会议的有36个单位共68人。参加单位有省建委、省水电厅及各地(市,州)水电局基建主管部门,部属三、七、八,十工程局及省水电工程局等施工单位,大中型水利水电工程建设单位,以及成勘院、省水利水电设计院等。会议共收到交流文章12篇,以大会发言和小组讨论的方式,代表们畅所欲言,广泛交流了招投
In order to further improve the bidding and contracting system of water conservancy and hydropower projects in our province and accelerate the construction of water conservancy and hydropower, the budget special committee of Sichuan Hydropower Society and the budget and construction special committee of the provincial Water Conservancy Society were established on July 30, 1991 to August 1, County Chaoyang Reservoir jointly held a bid for water conservancy and hydropower construction bidding and contract management experience exchange. A total of 68 people attended the meeting 36 units.
