随着高职院校不断扩招,生源素质参差不齐,生源结构愈加复杂。在新形势多元文化背景影响下,学生群体的新特点、新问题考验着高职院校的传统思想政治教育模式。经过多年的研究探索和实践论证,户外素质拓展训练在我校学生及学生干部教育引导过程中取得良好效果,学生喜欢这种体验式、浸透式的新型教育模式,并将拓展所感所学应用到学习、工作及生活中。本文希望能为我国高职院校思政教育模式的创新提供建议和帮助。
With the continuous expansion of enrollment in higher vocational colleges, the quality of students is uneven, and the structure of students is more complicated.
