1949年2月,鉴于东北局主要负责人林彪、罗荣桓已随大军进关,陈云即将去中央工作,中央对东北局的领导班子作了新的调整,高岗出任东北局书记、东北行政委员会主席和东北军区司令员兼政委(1949年3月正式任命),东北局其他常委有李富春(副书记)、张闻天(辽东省委书记)、林枫(主管政府工作)、张秀山(组织部长兼秘书长)、李卓然(宣传部长)。我就是在这时接到中央的电报调令,于3月初从冀东来到沈阳的。
