目的 观察自体外周造血干细胞移植 (APBSCT)治疗难治性骨髓瘤的疗效。方法 APBSCT治疗难治性多发性骨髓瘤 13例 ,采用化疗加G CSF动员外周血干细胞。结果 13例多发性骨髓瘤经APBSCT后达到完全缓解 8例(61.5 %) ,部分缓解 3例 (2 3 .1%)。死亡 2例 (15 .4%) ,3年无病生存率 3 0 .1%。结论 APBSCT对难治性的多发性骨髓瘤具有一定的价值。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (APBSCT) on refractory myeloma. Methods APBSCT treatment of refractory multiple myeloma in 13 cases, chemotherapy and G CSF mobilization of peripheral blood stem cells. Results Thirteen patients with multiple myeloma achieved complete remission after APBSCT in 8 patients (61.5%) and partial remission in 3 patients (21.3%). Two patients died (15.4%), and the 3-year disease-free survival rate was 30.1%. Conclusion APBSCT has some value for refractory multiple myeloma.
