绪言果实采收前的许多因素诸如:果树遗传因素,栽培技术因素,环境因素等,对果实的生长发育、化学成份构成以及生理性状的形成都有密切的关系。如果对采收前果实生长的诸因素给以较多的注意,那么果实的品质则可更加完好,贮藏寿命亦将得到延长。一九八一年,我们在对节果梨果实生长作过测定的基础上,一九八二、三年对果实鲜重、纵横径、含水量、可溶性物质和呼吸强度等又作了进一步调查。从调查中看出:1、果实生长图型为 s 型,即开始快,然后缓慢,其接着又快,最后较慢,尤其在本地区缓慢期较长,约需一个月;2、在果实纵横径的生长中确有果型指数

If you pay more attention to the factors that lead to fruit growth before harvest, then the quality of the fruit can be more perfect, and the shelf life will also be extended. In 1981, on the basis of the measurement of the fruit growth of Plum fruit, we conducted further investigations on fresh weight, vertical and horizontal diameter, water content, soluble matter and respiratory intensity in 1982 and 2003. The survey shows that: 1, the fruit growth pattern for the s-type, that start fast, then slow, followed by fast, and finally slow, especially in the region slowly longer, about a month; 2, in the fruit The growth of vertical and horizontal diameter indeed fruit type index
