随着新一轮高校学分制改革的全面启动,高校体育课也由必修改为选修,体育教师面临着前所未有的压力和危机。一方面,教师自身知识结构、教育观念、教学手段已“固化”成形,成为影响实施人才培养目标的瓶颈和障碍。另一方面,随着高校招生规模的逐渐加大,学生个性行为方式的多维性决定了对体育的不同层次需求,这对教师的能力和知识又是一种巨大的考验。通过分析,本文提出体育教师应建立新的教育观念,更新和替换原有知识结构,改变传统的教学模式,以适应高等教育改革的需要。同时各普通高校应从长远利益考虑,加大对体育场地设施的建设和投入,从而能真正实现体育教育的职能,满足学生对体育的兴趣和需求。
With the new round of college credit system reform in full swing, college physical education from mandatory to elective, physical education teachers are facing unprecedented pressure and crisis. On the one hand, teachers’ own knowledge structure, educational concepts and teaching methods have become “solidified” and become the bottlenecks and obstacles affecting the implementation of the goal of personnel training. On the other hand, with the gradual increase of college enrollment scale, the multidimensional nature of student personality behavior determines the demand for different levels of sports, which is a great test for teachers’ abilities and knowledge. Through the analysis, this paper proposed that PE teachers should establish new educational concepts, update and replace the original knowledge structure, and change the traditional teaching mode to meet the needs of higher education reform. At the same time, all ordinary colleges and universities should consider the long-term interests and increase the construction and investment of stadium facilities so as to truly realize the functions of physical education and satisfy the students’ interest in and demand for sports.
