在安全阀试验中压力是衡量安全阀是否合格的重要依据,通过高压试验确定安全阀开启、关闭压力和承受的最大压力,并构建测控系统进行数据采集及处理。由于液压系统振动及压力传感器数据采集误差等原因,需对原始压力数据进行处理。依据压力数据的分布特征,通过II型网络结构建立数字滤波线性常系数差分方程和系统函数,并通过butter函数获取滤波函数的常系数。对原始数据进行滤波后,剔除误差点,并进行曲线拟合,得到连续、光滑的时间-压力曲线。
