文章指出要从经济指标和技术指标来分析自动线的现状。认为生产率在13件/时以上采用自动线在经济上才是合理的。在技术指标方面,目前已趋向采用电子计算机模拟确定自动线的方案,尽量采用自由输送系统,在驱动方面不少场合倾向采用电气机械驱动,在缩短换刀时间和提高可改装性方面采取了新的措施,采用可编程序控制器的趋势愈来愈大。同时还指出,今后自动线在下述几个方面将会有更大的进展:切削用量会急剧提高;加强诊断系统的使用;测试工序上将采用激光技术;实现表面质量参数的在线控制;更进一步应用数控和计算 机技术;缩短自动线的生产周期。图15幅,表1个。馆藏号:
