目的优化微波消解-氢化物原子荧光光谱法检测食品中的微量元素硒。方法采用不同前处理方法对检测结果影响进行研究,分别对质控样经微波消解后是否赶酸作对比,赶酸时是否加盐酸作对比,微波消解与电热板湿法消解作对比,用氢化物原子荧光光度仪测定其含量。结果用微波消解,赶酸后加盐酸继续赶酸,用原子荧光光谱仪进行检测,检出限为0.425μg/kg,定量限为1.42μg/kg,精密度为2.67%,回收率为93%~109%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确度高,可用于食品中硒的检测。
Objective To optimize the determination of trace element selenium in food by microwave digestion-hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used for the detection of selenium in food.
