2002年,李晓君先后在《散文》、《青年文学》两大文学刊物发表了三组很有分量的散文作品(在第1期《散文》发表《影像,或独白》(四篇),第11期《散文》发表《片断与札记:李晓君作品小辑》,在第12期《青年文学》发表《四重奏:一次游历的记录》)。这无论对2002年江西文坛还是他本人都是令人欣喜的收获。这三组作品,以其强烈的现代感、唯美主义、流水般的节奏和绚烂的光影、色泽而加深了全国文坛对江西散文创作势头猛烈的认识,江西散文创作因此呈现出了更多的可能。三组散文的发表,使他本人的写作身份有了一定程度的改写:不管他是否愿意,作为散文写作者的李晓君已经大于诗歌写作者的李晓君。
