对宽阻带高温超导滤波器进行了研究,借助IE3D软件设计出了一款中心频率位于S波段,带宽为100MHz的九级宽阻带带通滤波器。此滤波器采用阶梯阻抗梳状线谐振器,将滤波器的谐波频率提高到基波频率的3倍以上,实现了宽阻带的要求。优化仿真后的结果是:带内插损小于0.3 dB,带外抑制:在0~BW内大于70 dB,在BW~3f0内大于60 dB;通带内S11<–20 dB。该设计很好地实现了宽阻带,解决了干扰问题,并且设计结构简单,易于实现。
The research of wide-band high temperature superconducting filter is carried out. With the help of IE3D software, a nine-band wideband stop bandpass filter with a center frequency at S band and a bandwidth of 100MHz is designed. This filter uses a ladder impedance comb line resonator, the filter harmonic frequency increased to more than 3 times the fundamental frequency, to achieve a wide stop band requirements. The optimized simulation results are: Band insertion loss less than 0.3 dB, out of band rejection: greater than 70 dB in 0 BW, greater than 60 dB in BW ~ 3f0 and S11 <-20 dB in passband. The design well achieved a wide resistance band, to solve the interference problem, and the design is simple and easy to implement.
