应用维甲酸所致的骨质疏松症模型,灌胃强骨胶囊45mg·kg-1·d-1、90mg·kg-1·d-1、180mg·kg-1·d-1三个剂量组28d。结论:该药各组和阿法D3组与模型组比较均能明显提高大鼠骨密度(P<0.05)、骨结构力学的最大载荷、最大能量吸收值(P<0.05),骨材料力学的弹性应变、最大应力、弹性模量(P<0.05),其中大剂量组(除弹性模量外)作用更为明显且优于阿法D3组。说明该药能增加骨组织的承载力,提高骨骼抵抗外力冲击的能力,并对骨的几何形状及内在材料特性有一定的改善作用。另外,该药能升高血Ca、E2、T、FSH、BALP、ALP(P<0.05),降低PTH(P<0.05)水平。总之,强骨胶囊具有增加骨密度,改善骨生物力学指标,具有性激素及促性腺激素样作用,可以提高血钙及血、骨中的碱性磷酸酶,促进骨形成,抑制骨吸收。
The model of osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid was administered with three doses of 45 mg·kg-1·d-1, 90 mg·kg-1·d-1, and 180 mg·kg-1·d-1. 28d. It shows that the drug can increase the bearing capacity of bone tissue, improve the ability of the bone to resist the impact of external forces, and has a certain improvement effect on the geometry of the bone and the inherent material properties. In addition, the drug can increase blood Ca, E2, T, FSH, BALP, ALP (P <0.05), reduce PTH (P <0.05) levels. In short, strong bone capsules have increased bone density, improved bone biomechanics, have sex hormones and gonadotropin-like effects, can increase serum calcium, alkaline phosphatase in bone and bone, promote bone formation, and inhibit bone resorption.
