为了解决大跨径、重载、高精度相控阵天线座的高精度角度测量问题,针对轮轨转台影响测角精度的各项误差项进行分析,设计了一套组合机构来消减主要误差,减少对角度测量精度的影响。该机构满足了大转台复杂转动中心的设计要求,同时,保证了测量的高精度。为验证组合机构的应用效果,专门设计了一套试验装置,试验装置采用圆光栅作为测角元件,通过试验测试验证,整个装置达到了3″的测角精度。
