这两年,医疗市场上出现的一些“洋医院”开始引人注目。“洋医院”之“洋”,表现在其管理、服务与运营均严格遵循国际标准,从中颇能找到许多值得我们国有非营利性医院借鉴之处。 自今日起,本报将连续推出4篇有关“洋医院”的报道。我们认为,在加入世贸组织的大背景下,在竞争愈演愈烈的医疗市场中,更多地了解这些“另类”医疗机构的管理模式、服务理念、市场定位以及企业文化,客观分析它们已经和可能对我国医疗市场造成的冲击,对我们的医院管理者和医务人员来说,是会有所启迪的。
