商洛地区栲胶厂新产品无铬木质素稀释剂投产鉴定会,由陕西省林业厅与省标准局于1986年6月24至25日在商县联合主持召开。到会代表有各有关部门的领导、科研、教学、生产和使用部门的专家、教授、科技人员,共28人。会议由林业厅科教处处长牛济群主持,主要议题为审定无铬木质素稀释剂的标准及其投产鉴定。会议临时成立标准审定和投产鉴定两个小组。西北林学院吴中禄教授任组
The new product chromium-free lignin diluent production and appraisal meeting of the Shangluo area glutinous rice plant was co-hosted by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Forestry and the Provincial Bureau of Standards in Shangxian from June 24 to June 25, 1986. The delegates included experts, professors, and scientific and technical personnel in the leadership, scientific research, teaching, production, and use departments of all relevant departments, a total of 28 people. The meeting was chaired by Niu Jiqun, Director of the Department of Science and Education of the Forestry Department. The main topic of the meeting was to review the standards for the use of chromium-free lignin thinners and their production and identification.
