美术特色学校是落实国务院“以美育人、以文化人”要求、推行美育工作的领跑者,开设美术特长教学班,以培养美术生为纽带,引领美育工作的整体推进。美术生有其鲜明的心理行为特点,对其培养管理既面临新时期学生教育管理的共性考验,又面对美术特长教学班特有形势和任务带来的个性难点,没有现成的经验做法可循。本文从辩证法的角度,深入剖析了美育特点、美术生成长规律,以及蕴含其中的积极因素、消极因素,创造性地提出了培养美术生的管理策略。
Art characteristics of the school is the implementation of the State Council “aesthetic education, culture ” requirements, the implementation of aesthetic education work, set up art specialty teaching classes to cultivate art students as a link to lead the aesthetic education as a whole to promote. Art students have their distinctive characteristics of psychological behavior, training and management of both facing both the new era of student education and management of the common test, but also face the art specialty specialty classes and tasks of personality difficulties, there is no ready-made experience to follow. From dialectics point of view, this article analyzes in depth the characteristics of aesthetic education, the law of the growth of art students, and the positive and negative factors contained therein, and creatively proposes the management strategies for cultivating art students.
