目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者中血清补体C1q水平变化与外周血淋巴细胞(PBLCs)共刺激分子(CD80/CD86)的表达,以及它们之间的相关性。方法研究46例SLE患者,其中狼疮性肾炎(LN)19例,非LN 27例;另按照病情活动性分为活动期组(24例)和稳定期组(22例),并选取30例同期健康体检者为对照组。采用免疫透射比浊法检测血清C1q水平,流式细胞术检测PBLCs CD80及CD86的表达。结果 SLE组(LN组和非LN组)血清C1q水平明显低于对照组,PBLCs表面CD80和CD86的表达高于对照组(P<0.05),LN组C1q水平低于非LN组、PBLCs表面CD80和CD86的表达高于非LN组(P<0.05)。与稳定期组比较,活动期组SLE患者C1q水平降低,PBLCs表面CD80和CD86的表达升高(P<0.05)。SLE患者中C1q与CD80、CD86呈负相关。结论 C1q和CD80、CD86呈负相关,C1q、CD80/CD86共刺激分子与SLE的发生发展密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between changes of serum C1q levels and costimulatory molecules (CD80 / CD86) of peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLCs) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and their correlations. Methods Totally 46 patients with SLE were enrolled, including 19 cases of lupus nephritis (LN) and 27 cases of non-LN. The patients were divided into active group (24 cases) and stable group (22 cases) Health examination for the control group. The level of serum C1q was detected by immunoturbidimetry and the expression of CD80 and CD86 on PBLCs was detected by flow cytometry. Results The level of C1q in SLE group (LN group and non-LN group) was significantly lower than that in control group. The expression of CD80 and CD86 on PBLCs was higher than that in control group (P <0.05) And CD86 were higher than those in non-LN group (P <0.05). Compared with the stable group, the level of C1q in active SLE patients decreased and the expression of CD80 and CD86 on PBLCs increased (P <0.05). C1q in patients with SLE and CD80, CD86 was negatively correlated. Conclusion C1q is negatively correlated with CD80 and CD86, while C1q and CD80 / CD86 costimulatory molecules are closely related with the development of SLE.
