这些年来随着城市人口的增多,住房资源的减少,房价受影响程度也在逐年攀升。房子是我国大多数年轻人结婚的刚性需求,住房问题日益严峻。为了改善广大中低收入人群住房问题,住房公积金作为全国受益面最大的住房保障措施制度在不断地调整和完善。另一方面,通过调整公积金贷款进而调控房地产市场,影响住宅价格。笔者将在本文中以公积金制度、性质来阐述住房公积金对我州房价的影响以及对中低收入人群住房的保障作用。
In recent years, with the increase of urban population and the reduction of housing resources, the impact of house prices is also rising year by year. The house is the rigid demand that most young people of our country marry, the housing problem is more and more serious. In order to improve the housing problems of the majority of low-income people, housing provident fund as the nation’s largest beneficiary housing security measures in the system continue to adjust and improve. On the other hand, by adjusting the provident fund loans and thus regulate the real estate market, affecting housing prices. In this paper, I will use the provident fund system, nature to explain the impact of housing provident fund on housing prices in our state and the protection of housing for low and middle income people.
