四、统计调查表的制定和审批 (一)统计调查表的概念及特点统计调查表,即统计报表是指在统计调查中用以对调查对象进行登记、搜集原始统计资料的表格。《统计法》规定:制定统计调查项目计划,必须同时制定相应的统计调查表。这是因为统计调查项目中的统计指标以及它们的口径范围、计算方法等,一般都要通过各种统计调查表及其编制说明书表现出来。统计调查表的制定和贯彻执行在我国统计工作中具有很重要的作用。统计调查表在各种统计调查中,具有以下特点和优点: 1、可以在调查进行前把调查表布置到基层填报单位,以便它们根据调查表的要求,及时建立健全各种原始记录,使统计调查表的资料来源建立在可靠的基础上,做到资料增强、报送及时。 2、各级领导部门可以通过统计调查表,经常了解经济和社会发展变化的情况。
IV. The formulation and implementation of the statistical questionnaire has a very important role in the statistical work in our country.
