自2006年春季以来,油画和当代艺术品在各大拍场上表现抢眼,显现出势不可挡的规模膨胀和价格蹿升的气势。在国际市场的推动下,国内的艺术市场也有了十分激烈的反应。继3月的纽约苏富比、4月的中诚信和香港苏富比,以及5月的荣宝拍卖和香港佳士得之后,6月份北京诚轩和北京华辰、北京保利以及中国嘉德等拍卖公司都陆续举槌,新一轮油画和当代艺术春拍大戏陆续上演。针对每家拍卖公司不同的特点,把握好即将到来的“油画和当代艺术”各个拍场的特色,是每个投资人需要关注的要点。虽然在各大拍场中“油画和当代艺术”取得了较为不俗的拍卖成绩,但值得注意的是,一些作品因拍卖价格没有达到预估价而流拍,或者仅仅以底价成交,而一些作品比上次拍卖的成交价差距较大。这说明炒作在拍卖市场中越来越不可行,市场规律才是操纵作品价格的“手”。一位艺术家的作品要靠画廊的展览、多位藏家的收藏以及合理的定价,才能推动其整体行情,市场的盘子大了,作品的价格必然抬升,而仅仅在一两次拍卖中拍出高价并不能抬高整体的作品价位。因此在艺术市场中,“精品路线”已经初露端倪。北京诚轩的定价策略是作品的底价和估价都较低,这就容易形成买家的竞买氛围,作品以“小而精”为特色。推出包括中国油画雕塑、中国书画、瓷器工艺品、邮品钱币4个专场的此季拍卖,共3200余件拍品,并最终取得了1.32亿元总成交额的不俗成绩。
