核级压力容器壳体用钢采用A508-Ⅲ钢,该钢有优良的综合力学性能。为了实现压力容器壳体环焊缝的高强度高韧性匹配,研究开发了A508-Ⅲ钢用H09MnNiMoHR埋弧焊丝、SJ16HR烧结焊剂和J557HR焊条,使用该焊接材料得到的熔敷金属具有较好的强韧性;焊接接头拉伸、冲击、落锤和无损检验等试验结果均达到ASME标准和RCC-M标准中相关规定,并已成功应用于核二级部件的焊接。
A508-III steel is used for the shell of nuclear pressure vessel, which has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. In order to achieve the high strength and high toughness matching of the girth weld of the pressure vessel shell, the H09MnNiMoHR submerged arc welding wire, SJ16HR sintered flux and J557HR electrode of A508-Ⅲ steel were researched and developed. The deposited metal obtained by this welding material has better strength Toughness. The test results of tensile, impact, drop weight and non-destructive test of welded joints meet the relevant requirements of ASME standards and RCC-M standards and have been successfully applied to the welding of nuclear secondary components.
