圆链齿轮毛坯公差的控制,对保证切齿精度和传动性能有很大的影响,尤其是顶锥角δ_(?)、支承端距M(基准端面至齿顶圆直径的距离,又称轮冠距)、偏差值△M的控制更为重要。它对圆锥齿轮的啮合位置,齿侧隙等影响较大,故支承端距的公差是齿轮中锥角、齿高和要求啮合特性的函数。目前对圆锥齿轮毛坯公差值的确定还没有统一的标准,有关的设计手册和资料仅有推荐选用参数。圆锥齿轮的齿坯公差详见《机械设计手册》中册(化学工业出版社,第二版,表8-215,第540页)及表1。
