各区、县人民政府,市府直属各单位: 省人民政府《批转省供销合作联社关于大力加强废旧物资回收利用工作的意见的通知》(粤府[1988]9号)中规定:“为鼓励各单位和厂矿企业积攒、交售废旧物资给供销社物资回收部门,允许他们从出售废旧物资的收入中提取10%,用于集体福利和奖励积交攒售人员。”根据我市的实际情况,为切实做好节约原材料和废旧物资的回收利用,对执行市下达计划(定点供应),交售废钢铁和其它废旧物资的单位和厂矿企业,可享受省府粤府[1988]9号文件中规定的优惠政策。请遵照执行。
