本文研究表明N—(桂皮酰基)—α—甲基哌啶(N—MP)对大、小鼠电休克惊厥(MES)和戊四氮惊厥(Met)有明显的对抗作用。利血平预处理后,能明显提高N—MP抗小鼠MES的ED_(50)值。N—MP还能明显降低家兔ⅳ戊四氮引起的惊厥率并缩短异常脑电持续的时间。对硫酸亚铁所致家兔的慢性癫痫也有一定的保护作用。
This study shows that N-(cinnamoyl)-α-methylpiperidine (N-MP) has a significant antagonistic effect on electroporation convulsions (MES) and pentylenetetrazole (Met) in mice. Reserpine pretreatment can significantly increase the ED_(50) value of N-MP anti-mouse MES. N-MP can also significantly reduce the rate of convulsions induced by pentylenetetrazole in rabbits and shorten the duration of abnormal brain electricity. It also has a protective effect on chronic epilepsy induced by ferrous sulfate in rabbits.
